Lambing season is over, and now we need to make room in the pasture for our new arrivals! If you’ve been wanting to stock your freezer with some delicious mutton, now’s your chance. We have a slaughter date booked on June 18th for whole sheep custom cutting at Homestead Meats in Delta, CO. We have 13 sheep to process, ranging from 90-130 pounds (live weight).
