Solar Panels, Ready for Hay, and My DNA Sweater

It’s time to get the solar panels up onto the shop roof for the PV system. It’s quite a long way up, and everyone is using safety harnesses and ropes.

Several men stand around some scaffolding, getting ready to hoist a solar panel up onto a roof.
Two workers strap a solar panel into a pulley system.
Three men work around incredibly tall scaffolding next to the shop.

The hay barn is cleaned out and ready for new hay. It should be arriving today or tomorrow.

The hay barn is nearly empty, ready to be stocked with new hay.

My DNA cable-knit sweater is also coming along nicely. I’m knitting it at the brewery, so it’s been going rather slowly. We don’t make it out to the brewery much during lambing season.

A green cable-knit sweater with DNA-styled swirls is shown.
