OK, So not satisfied with canceling our Pioneer Plan phone without contacting or notifying us at all, Sprint had the gall to send us this letter.
Yep, they are asking if we still need that line or it will be cancelled.
I called and was told that the letter went out in error because our line had already been cancelled.
I am waiting to hear back from Mr. Scott Lane for his explanation of the incredible stupidity of this action.
