Major Snow, AGAIN!

New Fence Is Done, Plus Wide Loads

Even More Snow!
It’s already May, and we’re STILL getting snow. This is unusual, even for us. Most spring snows melt the same day. As things stand, we’re feeding out a lot more hay on pasture to make sure the sheep stay warm. Even the dandelions are confused by this weather. More Snow and Lambs
More snow came in today. We bit the bullet and put more jugs and dog houses out. Most of the ewes put their lambs inside and stay outside the dog house. One ewe, Morwenna, figured out how to get herself inside as well. We’re feeding the ewes extra hay to keep them full and warm. Continue reading
